Quilts have a life of their own. They spring up from the thoughts of their creator. Some flourish under the loving hands of their author and some flounder out of frustration. Some will live out their existence tucked away on a shelf in a closet. Others will proudly adorn a carefully chosen place on a wall for all to admire. Still others will either comfort a person healthy or ill as they recline on a sofa or in a chair. The larger of the species will swaddle a bed either for decoration or for warmth.
The ultimate destination is to be loved. No matter their beginnings, all will find their place in this world.
