Fabric Trip Number Three

I met my good friend Barb M at our monthly rendezvous in Mukwonago today. This was visit number three out of twelve. We’ve been meeting every month to collect my one yard per month of free fabric. I won the drawing back in May of this year at the Quilt-agious quilt shop.

Barb was not in the market for fabric this time so I arrived early. Arriving early would allow me to make my selections and perhaps be finished and ready for lunch before she arrived.

Shortly after she walked through the front door I was at the checkout and ready to go. I think I surprised her. Our speedy visit didn’t even give her a chance to have second thoughts about making a purchase.

I came home with two yards of this gorgeous fabric

And one fat quarter of this.

I can’t wait to incorporate them into my art.

September shall prove to be a challenging month to travel to Mukwonago. My schedule is so packed I’ll have to see when I can squeeze it in.

Thanks for visiting today!
